Maine Active LLC offers a customized workout plan. Our pricing includes an intake form, and a custom progression log to track your progress. At Maine Active LLC, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals with a customized approach that sets us apart. Join us to experience a fitness journey that is as unique as you are. This service includes the workout plan only. There are NO virtual meeting requirements for this class.
Cancellation Policy
The customized workout plan service contains the workout plan only. Refunds are not available at this time. The PDF will be delivered between 3-7 business days. A valid waiver must be on file prior to delivery. https://www.maineactive.com/waiver On the checkout/booking page, you may see a date to the right when the session is "scheduled" to begin. Please ignore that information at this time. There is no remote meeting component to this purchase.
